PC2X Orchestral ROM Update

I hadn't touched my PC2x in years and had to change the battery.  In doing so, I lost the User Bank.  I'm so confused... I've even lost the Orchestral ROM sounds in Exp1.  I'm sure that I overwrote it or did a hard reset or something.
 

 My OS is version 4 and I think that I have 2.0 boot loader.
 

 I think that I"m supposed to play midi file PC2XOrch400, but it's not updating.  Even when I try this, I get through the entire midi file, but the display still says 1 of 31.
 

 Does anyone have clear instructions what files need to be loaded and in what order?
