Go ahead and do a Hard Reset. First Back up any Files you have you have loaded in the Ram Samples Sequances. A Hard Resert Retunrs to factory settings. Hold down Numbers 1,2 and 3 and Turn the power on You then Have a choice To Rerset or do test Chose Reset and enter Then Power Cycle you Kurzweil And it will reload factory Settings in the Rom.
