Hi Marco,
Plug your monitors into the mix output and it should work with the volume
control the same as the headphones. The A, B etc outputs are direct separate
outputs and plugging into these will remove that output from the mix output
and headphone output. This is described in the manual(s) so I encourage you
to read through them for more information.
