1. You could buy only one iConnect MIDI4+ and use hub for 2 FTP receivers, then make routing inside MIDI4+ to 1-4 DIN Out. 
2. It isn’t possible to use FTP with Kenton/MIDI 4+/ Arduino USB HUB with MIDI 5 DIN and computer. This would be only possible with floor controller.
3. It isn’t possible run 2 iteration of FTP software.
