In Kenton manual I read "ou can connect one "Class Compliant" USB device to the MIDI USB Host. The device must be 
connected directly to the MIDI USB Host, it cannot be connected through a USB Hub”
So… it looks like it isn’t possible.

For sure it is possible with iConnect MIDI4+ and Arduino USB hub (see English PDF: http://cyfrowogitarowo.pl/archiwa/124).
