yamaha ezeg

I see from the technical specifications that it has midi in out.
I dont really care for the play along crap and lighted fretboard, but it 
might be a nice cheap synthaxe, with the right midi patches.
Yamaha usually makes rugged electronics, so the switches should last. 
The panasonic in contrast just looks too crappy to me.

1) Anyone tried it with some midi patches (not the built in garbage)
2) Anyone know of complete synthaxe midi patches that mimics the 
synthaxe sounds closely ?
