What kind of Win 10 computer is needed to do a good job [low latency] 
with the above?  I suspect my Dell Vostro 410 is hopelessly behind the 
curve.

You don't need a hexaphonic pickup with Jam Origin's software.
Please check the site for details.
The demo works well on Win and Mac. You will get a sense of how it will
work.

And FWIW, adding 0.6ms of latency... Sound travels 1 foot in 1 millisecond.
So, 0.6ms of latency is equivalent to an additional 18 centimeters distance
from your speakers. Negligible...
It's best to keep those figures in mind when thinking about optimising
latency across a system.
