I remember that statement now for macOS. Well, maybe only the solution
is just to have another optional package to the LMS CPAN addition then. 

Again, this is merely a suggestion to continue making LMS base relevant
in the future as crypto primitives will likely be more and more demanded
by plugins. 

Now, I have my own build system and I can continue to add them with my
plugins. I understand that a “crypto” package shared across my plugins
might be a solution as well but that’d need too much user interaction
IMHO. Every time something like that is user-dependent, it is prone to
generate long threads :)
