I can't really help, other than to say that it is working as expected
for me, running the same LMS build number, but for for arm LInux on a
Raspberry Pi. These are what's different from yours:

Operating system: Debian - EN - utf8
Platform Architecture: armv7l-linux
Perl Version: 5.28.1 - arm-linux-gnueabihf-thread-multi-64int
Audio::Scan: 1.05
IO::Socket::SSL: 2.060

Usually running latest beta LMS nightly on Raspberry Pi OS with virtual
players (Squeezelite and Airplay bridge). Occasionally using SB Radio,
Boom or Classic.
