That's a tough ask - especially good sound - for 100 gbp. 

I think your best bet is an android tablet - but again sound quality via
on board speakers will be difficult. 

Maybe a cheaper Fire tablet and a decent Bluetooth speaker (eg.  Tribit
Stormbox,  Sony SRS-XB13)  could be a solution for about 100-120
