Smart(ish) speaker advice (present for a 10 yr old) ?

Hello I've been tasked by the missus to look into getting a music player for our daughter's birthday. Primarily it should allow her to search for music (rather than just use voice recognition to find tracks eg Alexa etc) - so probably needs a screen. We don't want to get her a mobile phone (yet). We would also need easy-to-use parental control of online access. Ideally it should be able to connect to Deezer and Spotify (we have paid subscription to the former but only free access to latter). Oh, and also have good sound (but not cost too much eg £100ish max preferably). Any help / suggestions welcome !
