Current CPAN module dependencies

I tried removing lib/CPAN from my slimp3 tree.

Here's the list of modules (in order) that I needed to install to get by
with zero complaints from both "perl Makefile.PL" and "./server.pl". The
star indicates a "make" that included gcc doing something (which I assume
is bad for portability).

I'm all in favour of the perl compiler. Unfortunately, in the very limited
time I spent with it a year ago, it wouldn't compile more than a Hello
World for me. I shoudl really have another look I guess.
