OK, I just ran setup again to disable the web server.  When I tried 
to run the server again, I got the "Can't use an undefined value as a 
symbol reference at server.pl line 188" message again.

Back into setup, enable the web server, start the server, and now the 
server can't hear the device again.  I guess if I run through setup 
enough times, I'll luck into getting it to work again.
