Disabled, I get "Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference 
at server.pl line 188," and then the interpreter dumps me back at the 
DOS prompt.  I tried both with and without debugging enabled, and got 
the same error message.

Enabled, ... hey, wait a minute, it just started working.  Debugging 
is disabled, http access is enabled.  Could have sworn I'd tried that 
before.  Very strange.

So, like, never mind, I guess?
