I'm getting random IR signals as well, so much so that the player just started itself with the last song I played (well over an hour ago) and scared the hell out of me. Especially since there was no IR activity of any kind going on in the room at the time. I had noticed the random IR before, but it always seemed to be code 0 (hence why I don't update the epochirtime variable unless the code is NOT 0).
