I'm of the opinion that using the tracker (bug/patches/new features)
tools on Sourceforge would be a big help now and especially as more people
start to want to contribute. That could just be because I'm used to a
devel process at work that's heavy on the process (it has to be... much of
your info may well depend on it...) But it would seem doubly important
since coordination of a wide open project is tricky.

I'll volunteer to submit anything that comes through list to the patch/bug
trackers for a bit. If people find them useful then they can continue to
do that themselves and save me some work. If enough people think it's a
good idea then maybe we'll make it "the way". We can then save the list
for discussion of anything/everything but keep the nitty gritty somewhere
where we can keep status on it. The people submitting these things will
appreciate it too I'm sure.

Of the admins, could I get people to volunteer for areas of interest? It's
just so we can assign bugs/patches/features for review and/or commitment
to the source tree. You aren't necessarily committing to working on the
features/bugs. I'll create the tracker catagories and map owners if people
are cool with that.

	- Display
	- Streaming
	- Web interface
	- IR interface
	- Transcoding
	- Misc Audio
	- Portability
	- Timers
	- Firmware
	- Hardware

Sean, how about a link to http://sourceforge.net/projects/slimp3 somewhere
on the slimdevices site? We can try and funnel some of this development
stuff out of your Inbox into somewhere that's accessible to the team so we
can help.
