RE: Unpause causes static

I would much rather have the software fixes than the hardware fixes, I've
already had the soldering iron out once on this thing and I don't fancy
messing with it again. :)

The unit drawing power all the time isn't an issue for me at all, it's only
a tiny amount anyway. In fact I'd love to have it switch to a clock and date
face after a minute of no use and stay like that.

Is there a way to turn off the sleep in the server, or is that handled by
the firmware?

Since the weekends seem to the time all the people working on the server for
this thing come out, hopefully this weekend will bring some nice new toys
for us all.
