That's great. Thanks.

What's the format if there are multiple items in the list?
Or are there never multiple items in the list?

I've seen other examples that do have multiple items, along with
version lines and item counts...

The format I'm using (exlusively for Live365 streams at the moment)
I

got from Dan:

%cat foo.pls

[playlist]

Title1=Bill's stream test 2

File1=http://www.live365.com/play/151753

...this will work using the patch I mailed to Dan and Dean
yesterday,

which seems to have made its way to the Yahoo! Groups list as
well.

Without the patch, the URL must take a different form, because of
the

lack of redirect support:

%cat foo2.pls

[playlist]

Title1=Bill's stream test

File1=http://166.90.148.114:11010/?

I'm still trying to figure out a good way to get the song/artist

info. There are CGIs on live365.com that'll provide the info
and

are mineable, but I'm not enamoured of that approach, as I can't

find any way to determine when the information changes without

regular polling.
