The format I'm using (exlusively for Live365 streams at the moment) I
got from Dan:

%cat foo.pls
[playlist]
Title1=Bill's stream test 2
File1=http://www.live365.com/play/151753

...this will work using the patch I mailed to Dan and Dean yesterday,
which seems to have made its way to the Yahoo! Groups list as well.
Without the patch, the URL must take a different form, because of the
lack of redirect support:

%cat foo2.pls
[playlist]
Title1=Bill's stream test
File1=http://166.90.148.114:11010/?

I'm still trying to figure out a good way to get the song/artist
info. There are CGIs on live365.com that'll provide the info and
are mineable, but I'm not enamoured of that approach, as I can't
find any way to determine when the information changes without
regular polling.
