Playlist conversion?

For several months I have been using my main work machine as my music
server. Since I am a tax accountant and budding video editor, I decided to
move my MP3's to an old Pentium II to keep the tunes running and not mix
music and work on the same machine.

This also has the benefit that a couple times when I was importing my
library, the SliMP3 server would go to add volumes I was importing from my
CD's and even though iTunes said it was still importing, it had stopped
(somehow). Out of about 1100 CD's I thought were done, about 50 need to be
redone. Later I decided I needed to shut down the server to import music (is
there a way to avoid this?)

The problem is that I have some great playlists I have used the intelligence
of iTunes Smartlists to create lists that no longer work on the PC. These
are things like:
Blues before 1950 by ladies, or
Live Rock between 1964 and 1979, or
    Lady Rock, or
    Blues before 1950, for example.

A couple examples of differences is (Mac OS X first, PC second)
*******
file://localhost/Volumes/Media%202/iTunes%20Music/Mark%20Knopfler/Sailing%20
to%20Philadelphia/08%20Prairie%20Wedding.mp3

F:\iTunes Music\Mark Knopfler\Sailing to Philadelphia\08 Prairie Wedding.mp3
******

file://localhost/Volumes/Media%202/iTunes%20Music/Mark%20Knopfler/Sailing%20
to%20Philadelphia/03%20Who's%20Your%20Baby%20Now.mp3

F:\iTunes Music\Mark Knopfler\Sailing to Philadelphia\03 Who's Your Baby
Now.mp3
******
I initially thought I would do a massive search and replace with MS Word (or
better BBEDIT, but I am not too good with GREP).

Is there a solution that you wise people can suggest to salvage my many
customized Mac playlists for use on the PC?
