Playlist conversion? Itunes to Win2k

I am still trying to figure out how to convert a playlist created by the
SliMP3 server on the Mac from an iTunes playlist to a playlist usable on a
Windows (2000 Pro) machine.

Still no luck - Playlist listed, but blank

****The variation above (as Robert suggested) looks just like a playlist
created on a Win machine, yet it still shows 'EMPTY' when viewed?!?!
