True. But the current system has other advantages. How do you feel about
"fixing" this 2) by the following (pseudocode)

on end_of_playlist:
	if repeat=on and shuffle=on:
		unshuffle
		reshuffle

This way you would not get the "shuffled, but fixed" effect that you
mention above, but we would maintain the advantage of being able to do
forward and back in a shuffled playlist and have that work as expected.

(on my cd-player both "forward" and "back" selects a new *random* song
when in shuffle mode, this is okay for forward, but I consider it a bug
for "back". When I press "back" it's because I want to hear the last
song once more.)
