Uh, I'm not sure I understand how reshuffling makes this a better?

I'm not sure why random would be superior in any way to shuffle?  If 
you want some songs more often than others, add them multiple times to 
your playlist and then shuffle.

You can do this now.  Try it with 3.1b2.
