Don't know if this should be an rfe or just a userhack, but I'd like to change the output on the player to be double-sized. Don't get me wrong - I love the VFD, but between the exposed guts and the five-year-old, it's sitting waaaaay out of reach, and as such, I'm having a little bit of trouble seeing it from across the room. Looking over the specs, it states it's a '40x2' VFD. If there isn't a 'random addressing' mode to turn specific elements on/off, then the answer will be very quick... =) tim -- "Al, why haven't I leaped yet?
