Amazing customer service !

Okay, I haven't purchased my slimp3 just yet, but I have to say that 
the level of customer support from SlimDevices is truly unreal.

I do a lot of research before making most purchases (especially 
electronics) and everything that I've read and seen here is great.  
It's quite rare to find a developer of a new product to actually 
respond to their customers!  (Sometimes within hours...)

We've all read that the first release of the SLIMP3 is not perfect 
(ie. locking up after a few hours, stalling in large empty 
subdirectories), but it is very comforting to know that the 
developers are hearing our comments and actually responding to them.  
If only ALL consumer electronic companies were like this! :)

So, many kudos and praise to the team behind the SLIMP3.  Keep up the 
good work and continue to make other products!  We can definitely 
appreciate the customer service thus far.
