RE: Exterior case ?

We do have a case design in progress. It'll be a fairly simple black
plastic (HIPS) case, with a filter in front of the VFD, and metallic
shielding inside.  It will probably have some kind of legs on the sides to
give it sturdy footing, and possibly also to let it swivel and to provide
for mounting to a wall or the underside of a cabinet. Owners of the
acrylic SliMP3 stand will be able to upgrade to the new case for
approximately $10 to $15 plus shipping.  The case will be available in
about 6 weeks.
