OT query to any Quebec-ers

Any Quebecers out there? 

While just in Quebec my son and I heard this lively hip-hop number with the
refrain "Liberte! Liberto!" in it. It also made reference to Quebec.
Definitely too long to just be a spot for the upcomign election. 

Can you identify it?
