I see what you mean - though Kai was done in studio. 

With those also though, they were available digitally here in the US (maybe still are? though possibly not as FLAC) so those labels had agreements for other territories than Japan presumably (and I speculate on some of it as these are matters I am not part of). 

Of course rights and clearances are always issues, but I would think (again - speculation and my own personal opinion) that particularly with the people Bill has played with for years, that's not such a hard thing to sort out. 

I agree that hopefully one day we're able to bring you some live material as there are certainly great things on tape (so to speak). But again...time, time, time. Oz also, one presumes based on his current doings at Prairie Sun is also quite busy. And as much as anything would undoubtedly be better than the bootlegs floating around, I don't think any of the musicians involved would want to release things willy nilly, no matter how much we may want it!
