RE: A troubling patent that SCO was granted

Reading the list of claims in the patent, I see a description of M$'s
"Windows Update" function. Maybe we can get Bill to chuck in $500k to a
bunch of suits and have them put an end to SCO's non-sense-suing (are they
out of business ideas and must protect the value of the stocks?!?)

This patent has claims that covers what Big Brother, my own Spong
package do and numerous other commercial and Open Source System/Network
Monitoring and Centralized System Configuration Management packages.

I'm still not sure of what to make it: being concernedwith being sued or
laughing my head off.
