1) Make sure the host names in bb-hosts is lower case    (so network tests 
are reported to lower case name)
2a) in *nix systems for each client, use the bb syntax "alias" (or 
aliasname, close  any way) to  have that client report in the way you want.
2b) for windows clients, you are allowed to configure the hostname the 
results are reported as.

You should be able to find the  exact format by searching the bb documents 
for alias.
