Also, nothing in /var/log/messages pointing at this issue.
The odd thing is that I'm monitoring over 70 hosts and only one BB client 
is showing this behaviour.
cousteau is only mentioned once in bb-hosts file (and so is its IP 
address).
I've stopped BB server, run ~bb/bin/bbrm cousteau,  find ~bb/../ -name 
*cousteau* -exec rm -r {} \; and restarted BB server, all to no avail.

Any ideas?

2 ENOENT No such file or directory.  A component of a specified pathname
             did not exist, or the pathname was an empty string.

So, /opt/bb/bbvar/logs/.cousteau.disk does not exist to be renamed to
/opt/bb/bbvar/logs/costeau.disk .

A problem is preventing the incoming alerts from being created. You may
be out of disk space or inodes. Have you checked /var/log/messages for
anything regarding the file system?

BB server is 1.9c on RedHat Linux. 
BB client is BBNT1.08d on a Windows 2003 Server box. 

Now, on the BB display just for this box we have a purple dot "moving"
across the local tests (cpu, disks, msgs, procs, svcs). 
When the next goes purple, the former gets green.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong here?
