How / where do you disable / turn off Dowload Directory creation

Latest BR.

On XP

I want to all downloads to be saved in a single common directory.

Currently it seems that BR will try to create directories on some
downloads, and sometimes there are character errors in the directory
creation.

5/26/2008 2:37:57 PM (Version 0.14.7.448 (Beta)): Unable to create
directory "E:\Shared\My BNR2 Downloads\"!

Would be easier if all the files were downloaded into a single directory.

I tried using the Advanced "Replace" and "Trim" with no success.
