You are going to have to find a newsgroup server like
giganews.com or easynews.com which cost a monthly fee for
metered downloads.  Also there are some free servers like
teranews.com which allows about 60mb per day.

You just change BNR2 servers to the new server you chose but 
you will be connecting "thru" Verizon.
