Take a look at the products offered by Techsono.com  I bought them
specifically in order to deal with binary groups that have headers in
the hundreds of thousands numbers each day. Their Unposter product
downloads all the new headers.  The filters are mundane -- basically
only the ability to avoid downloading headers for certain file types.
But you can display headers using filters for words in the titles and
words at the beginning of the subject. And you can sort them by
subject or by filename.  This baby can handle alt.binaries.boneless
and the like without any problem.  It can also support multiple
downloads from multiple servers. For NZB files, the Techsono SuperNZB
product works very well. Their are a couple of quirks for dealing with
each product, but they are very good if you want to download lots of
multi-part binaries. -- Howard
