BNR2 version 0.14.6.447

Version 0.14.7 did not combine the articles.

The download folder is on a different drive than the page swap file.

When the last article of a 395 MB file is downloaded, there is as much
disk activity on the download drive as there would be for moving the
file there from another drive.  No activity on drive with page file. 

When the last article is downloaded in Xnews, the only disk activity
is for writing the first article of the next RAR file in the queue.
