No.  BNR is a 32-bit application without LARGEMEMORYADDRESSAWAR set, so
it can only allocate up to 2GB of memory regardless of how much RAM is
available to the operating system.

For those of us with "substantial(ly) more RAM", there may be a
significant amount of available memory, I've often got 3GB-4GB of
available memory on my desktop when I'm not working.
