That's my point.  "When you're not working."  If you're doing some heavy 
Photoshop work, have Firefox open with a ton of extensions and tabs, 
etc., there's a good chance BNR is not going to get 2GB from you.

I'm not arguing that BNR can use more than 2GB.  I'm arguing that the 
more memory you have, the greater the chances it has all of that 2GB 
available.  (And I'm not talking about virtual memory.)
