sqlite in BNR3 under Vista

I wonder if I should update the sqlite.dll that I have in my BNR3 application to the latest level?   I migrated this from win2000 pro to my new vista ultimate system about 1.5 years ago and it has been running relatively ok.    I have a fast system with 4GB ram and fast hard drives.   TIA
