MySQL statement assistance with upgrade to 0.8.8

Folks,

I'm in the process of upgrading from 0.8.7g to 0.8.8. The installation script kicked back one error in the 0.8.7i -> 0.8.8 section of SQL statements:

[Fail] ALTER TABLE `poller_output` ADD PRIMARY KEY (`local_data_id`, `rrd_name`, `time`) USING BTREE

I logged into mysql as the root user and attempted to enter the command:

mysql> ALTER TABLE `poller_output` ADD PRIMARY KEY (`local_data_id`, `rrd_name`, `time`) USING BTREE;

but received the following error message:

ERROR 1064 (42000): You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'USING BTREE' at line 1

I'm looking at the manual for the ATLER TABLE syntax, and the statement looks correct. I'm using the following version of MySQL: Server version: 5.0.51a-24+lenny5 (Debian).

All the other SQL statements succeeded. Can anyone shed some light as to why that one did not?
