I read about CDEFs and wrote a simple CDEF rule and it's working now;

cdef=a,b,+,c,+,d,+,e,+,f,+,g,+,h,+,i,+,j,+,ba,+,bb,+,bc,+,bd,+,be,+,bf,+,bg,+,bh,+,bi,+,bj,+,ca,+,cb,+,cc,+,cd,+

It's not the prettiest but works just fine :D
