The Graph Management tab not working

Hi,
I have installed cacti on a server to monitor some switches and routers.
I am getting all the requried graphs to monitor and all the links on the web interface
of cacti are working properly except for the "Graph Management tab".
When I click on the tab I get a blank page. I have checked the file "graphs.php" but it seems
normal.
Can somebody help me with this please.
