Can I use the value of an oid in a note?

An odd question and perhaps one for the weathermap people, but in the "NOTES" field on a Weathermap node, can I output the data from an SNMP oid query?
I want to add the physical location of switches to the title in the popup graphs thru the oid .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.system.sysLocation.0


Any ideas?
