Polling Latency on cacti 0.8.8a

Hello all,

I am facing a strange problem, this morning my time polling is mounted
arrow(see attachement) following
the correction of the path to a template that does not work (In the data
input method, the path for a PHP Script Server was wrong).
When i do a php /usr/share/cacti/poller.php i have a lot of "Waiting on 3
of 15 pollers."
In my cacti.log, i see in loop :
