However, I wonder if there is no other possibility than to fork the entire project. I'm really thankful to all the effort Konst put into this project, but if he is too busy these times, wouldn't it be better to look for a new maintainer and to assign right permissions to CVS? I want to change that. Yes, especially for Jabber! I have to deal with the same problem. A ugly work-around is to start multiple instances of centericq in a screen but with different base directories.
