I don't really mind much where the wiki and possibly bugtracker are
hosted as long as the service is reasonably stable.

Concerning the choice of software choice I don't have a strong opinion
either.

Some wiki engines I like include ikiwiki, moinmon and mediawiki. But I
don't mind using something else.

Trac  seems to be a good tracker. But I don't see much a problem in
just using sourceforge for an issue tracker.

To have a wiki and a tracker available is more important than what kind
it is.

I don't have an answer yet. But I just wrote another mail to ask him
again. And at some point I might just stop waiting and go with CenterIM
as a name.
