Re: CenterICQ/CenterIM suggestion - disable ICQ auth requests

If allowing auth requests were a config option, then the user can
choose whether to allow them or not.  I have wanted a feature like 
this for quite some time and have considered hacking the cicq 
sources myself, but haven't had the time to devote.  I'd still be 
happy to contribute if the community really wants this feature.

Spim delivered by way of auth requests has gotten particularly out 
of hand on the ICQ network...so much so that I've thought about 
giving the icq network the boot.
