Not without scripting something on your own. I'm not aware of any public add-ons to either program that allow for this. You could probably do something with Nagios' performance data processing to dump the information to a file that Cricket reads. However, that doesn't mean that it can't be done, you just need to change your approach. We have a central database with our host information that I routinely auto-generate both nagios and cricket specific config files.
