Graphing individual CPUs on a Linux SMP (multiprocessor) machine

Hello
Any ideas how to get the sys/kernel/nice values of each individual CPU
on a multiprocessor machine? I have one with 16 logical CPUs and would
like to monitor that the load is evenly distributed among them.
