Script for Windows & Linux CPU, Memory, Disk utilization

Hi,
 
I'm looking for a script to graph my Windows 2003 and Red Hat Linux ES 4 CPU, Memory, and Disk utilization using Cricket 1.0.5.
 
Anyone have done this before? Can you share it with me?
