PingLogger Not working Properly

Dear all,


I have given all the correct entries in the file /home/ccs/pinglogger/links for different WAN links, but I am facing following problems when I see http://cricket/ page:-


 1.  One of the link is showing as RED (but if I see in the router the link is actually up).I have given the correct SNMPOID also. Please suggest what could be the problem.
 2.  On http://cricket<http://cricket/>  page If I click on the RED or Green Mark(Signifying Packet Delay and Packet Loss),the graphs are not appearing. Please help me to resolve the problem.
